FYTE Hospitality was founded in 2024 with its first dine-in concept, Kokoro, in Dubai under FYTE Hospitality. The founders, Faisal Yabroudi and Tamer Elkhayat, bring years of expertise in the F&B industry. 

Together, they co-founded notable brands such as Pinza, Punz Sandwiches, and Fiya Live Fire Cuisine, while also playing a key role in expanding and increasing revenue for Bake My Day and other private ventures. 

Tamer, a former hotelier, has consulted for various hotels across the region and acts as an owner representative for multiple hotels in the UAE.

FYTE is committed to creating, owning, and managing a diverse portfolio of innovative food and beverage concepts. With a strong track record, the founders continue to push boundaries in culinary creativity and restaurant management.
